Letters from the past

I once visited my cousin in Jutland.
She had kept all my letters from before the internet.
They were all about food.
How hungry I was, the food I couldn't afford, the food I was dying to cook. Recepies on salmon in whitewine, rolls, meatloaf… The letters were starving, just like me!

This is my moms handwriting, so thin and beautiful. Notice the long g's…

I try to save all these old recepies, though they are full of grease and almost unreadable…
